Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries has participated in the nationally known day of giving, Giving Tuesday, for four years. In 2015, the campaign focused on fundraising for updated trails and a handicap accessible dock on site. The word Trailblazer encompassed the message of camper's using these things on site (literal trailblazers), and the act of NLOM pushing boundaries and moving forward in innovation and accessibility for all (figurative trailblazers).
