Carol Joy Holling Camp is for K-12th graders looking for a Christian, adventure camp experience. Camp is one of the core parts of their parent organization, Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries. Before each summer, a theme is chosen, and a brand is created to market to existing and potential camper families as well as churches. This is 2015's theme, ExtraOrdinary.

The background image shows that CJH is a Christian camp with the cross, without overpowering the theme mark in the corner.
We went with a simple accordion fold to showcase what's important: people having fun at camp, and the activities they do at each site. This eliminated the past booklet style brochure with paragraph descriptions and multiple photos that the user can just as easily find on the website.
congregational packet
We created a packet of camp materials that goes to ELCA churches in Nebraska and Western Iowa inviting them to share the contents with their congregation.
This packet includes a introductory letter, 20 brochures to share, a DVD of our promotional video, and a poster to hang.
